Redding Three Year Road Plan Goes To Vote on August 26

At a Special Town Meeting held Tuesday, August 13, 2019 it was voted to set Monday, August 26, 2019 as the date for a referendum on a three-year road plan. The Board of Selectmen previously voted to remove the item from the call of the meeting and send to a machine vote.

The Legal Voters in the Town of Redding, CT, and those entitled to vote therein, are hereby warned and notified to vote on a referendum at Redding Elementary School, 33 Lonetown Road, Redding, CT on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 6:00am-8:00pm on the following question:

“Shall the Town of Redding approve the expenditure of not more than $2,950,000 for a three year road reconstruction plan to be funded by short term borrowing pending long term financing, as recommended by the Board of Finance?
