Fairfield County Bank Insurance Service Enters into Agreement with The Connelly Agency, Inc.

FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK INSURANCE SERVICES, LLC HAS ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CONNELLY AGENCY, INC.

Ridgefield (CT), December 7, 2012 - Fairfield County Bank Insurance Services, LLC has entered into an agreement with The Connelly Agency, Inc. of Fairfield, Connecticut to merge their agencies.

The Connelly Agency, Inc. (The Agency) is an independent insurance agency serving the needs of personal and commercial insurance clients since 1948. The Agency will continue to operate out of its current office in Fairfield as Fairfield County Bank Insurance Services, LLC and The Connelly Agency. All Connelly Agency employees will continue under the management of the President, Mark R. Connelly. 

This merger provides Fairfield County Bank Insurance Services, LLC with an additional operating presence in the Southeastern part of Fairfield County.  The merged company will bring new carrier relationships and complement current relationships.  The Connelly Agency offers the ability to share resources and solutions with Fairfield County Bank Insurance Services, LLC in providing existing clients and prospects with enhanced insurance solutions.
