Ridgefield HamletHub's newest column: Family Fridays

We are proud to introduce a new column in Ridgefield's HamletHub titled Family Fridays. The column is spearheaded by Ridgefield resident and educator, Jeanette Campo.

"Family Fridays is a weekly news update on all things related to families. We will cover school happenings, sports, music, even family outings around town. Follow us each week to find out what kids are doing around town," explains Campo.  The first installment will debut this Friday September 13.

About the columnist:

Jeanette Campo is the owner and teacher of To Infinity N' Beyond Preschool Enrichment. Jeanette has lived in Ridgefield for over 25 years. As a child her parents chose to move to Ridgefield after being attracted by the beautiful Main Street and good school system. As an adult Jeanette and her husband, PJ, chose to raise their own 3 children in Ridgefield for many of the same reasons as well as to be close to family and for the wonderful sense of community that the town provides.

Jeanette attended Ridgefield Public Schools and Immaculate High School. She received her bachelors degree from Siena College in secondary education and business. She went on to get her masters degree in special needs from SUNY Albany and later received her second masters degree from Sacred Heart University in educational leadership. Jeanette taught for 5 years in the Fairfield Public Schools and has been an educational consultant and tutor for students ranging in age from 4-18.
