Have you noticed the small yellow sign that is taped to the window at 444 Main Street (the former home of Ridgefield Conservatory)?
The sign was placed there by the Town Building Department who told us that "Harmony Nail and Spa" is planning on opening on Main Street. As of today, both the Fire Marshal and Building Department had not yet performed inspections.
According to an employee at Nail Plaza, the owner of Harmony Nail & Spa is Shen Li - a former employee of Nail Plaza, located at 113 Danbury Road (Copps Hill Plaza).
