It may be cold and snowy out today, but Woodcock Nature Center (WNC) is thinking warm thoughts, as our famous Summer Camp is now LIVE for registration!
Every year, WNC tries to find new and innovative ways to introduce children to the wonders of the nature around them, and this year we are happy to expand our High Adventure Tree Climbs, add new underwater "go anywhere" video technology, a new outdoor adventure natural play area, and more!
The fun cannot be only for the kids, however! This year, WNC is adding new free and heavily discounted member programming available to the whole family throughout the year. Membership truly does have its privileges.

Editor's Note: The Woodcock Nature Center is a little gem located just over the Ridgefield border in Wilton. If you have never visited or participated in one of their many programs, it really is a must for your family. As for their Summer Camp, it is a wonderful way to introduce your kids to local nature in a nurturing and safe environment. These classes really do fill early, so consider registering now.
Full disclosure: All three of my children attend camp at Woodcock... when registration was delivered by hand on the day it opened. And we are still going back, year after year, for other programs or just to hike and visit.
