
Pops singer/songwriter Andy Grammer is returning to The Ridgefield Playhouse with his Back Home Tour and a new iTunes hit single "Back Home" on Friday, June 27, at 8 p.m. From the buoyant Top 10 hit, "Keep Your Head Up" to the breezy "Fine By Me," jubilant, horn-laced "The Pocket," and emotionally-charged "You Should Know Better," Andy Grammer's irresistible pop songs blend heartfelt, compelling lyrics with unforgettable hooks.
Described as a cross between Maroon 5 and John Legend, Grammer was named Billboard's Artist to Watch. Special guests are Brendan James, Andrew Ripp and Carly & Eliza. his event is partially underwritten by Colupon and is part of the Doyle Coffin Architecture Singer/Songwriter and Xfinity Rock Series with media sponsor WEBE 108fm.
Andy has toured with the Plain White Ts, Colbie Caillat, Josh Kelley and Natasha Bedingfield, among others. Performing live remains a communal experience for Grammer who wrote "Keep Your Head Up" after he'd spent an exhausting day street performing and had little to money to show for it.
