We had a Mother's Day giveaway this morning. The first person to submit their favorite "mom" photo won a free entry to Run Like A Mother 5K (on Sunday) and a HamletHub travel mug.
Within minutes, Ridgefield resident Lynda McGoey sent us a beautiful family photo. Lynda is mother to five children.
"I am so proud to be a Mom of five beautiful children. It makes me beam with pride to watch them mature physically, mentally and spiritually. I am truly blessed to be their Mother," said McGoey.
The photo was taken in April 2015 outside of St. Mary's Church on the occasion of the Confirmation of McGoey's twins.
