Author Reading at The Garden of Ideas & Lunch with 109 Cheese

The Garden of Ideas continues their highly successful Garden Lunch series of celebrating local authors on Wednesday, August 19 from 12:30 to 2pm. This week author Rosalind Till will read from her insightful memoirs.

Rosalind Till is a memoir writer who lives in North Salem, New York. Growing up in The Bronx in the 1920's and 1930's though has provided her with a multitude of memories which she crafts into fascinating stories. Stories which resound with readers of any age for they provide insight into a era which no longer exists. Rosalind has participated in The Founders Hall Memoir Writers Group and is now working on a book which chronicles her vast life experiences, one led with grace, courage, and written with an honest reflection only a woman's full life can provide. Come and be inspired by this remarkable woman.

Guests are invited to bring their own lunch or purchase a choice of salads and sandwiches prepared by 109 Cheese of Ridgefield. This is also an ample opportunity to stroll through the meadows, marshes and woodland to enjoy some well deserved tranquility. The cost is $5 or $3 is a CSA member.

The Garden of Ideas is a non-profit garden sanctuary located 653 North Salem Road, Ridgefield CT. The gardens are open daily, 8am to dusk, to visit. There is no fee to tour the grounds.
