The SafeWise Report has just named the 20 Safest Cities in Connecticut for 2016 and Ridgefield tops the list. Wilton is second, followed by Weston, Easton, and Redding.
To identify the 20 safest cities in Connecticut, SafeWise reviewed the most recent FBI Crime Report statistics from 2014, along with population data. "We eliminated all cities with fewer than 5,000 residents as well as any cities that failed to submit a complete crime report to the FBI," they explain.
