Chris Pike, the owner of Ridgefield Music, has just posted this message to his Facebook page:
'Ridgefield Music has been in existence since 1970. As far as I know, it was the first music store in Ridgefield. My first private drum teacher, Marty Piter, started it, and I purchased the store from the second owner, Joe Cardillo. Owning the store has been a great experience and
has allowed me to make a living in the music industry. Alas, it is now time to find another to carry the torch and light the way for more generations of musicians.'
