The fire is HOT when HooDoo Brown BBQ appears on The Cooking Channel's Man Fire Food tomorrow!

Ridgefield's HooDoo Brown BBQ will make its television debut on Tuesday, July 11 at 9:00 pm on The Cooking Channel's Man Fire Food.

In Tuesday's Man Fire Food episode (season 6, episode 7) titled Monster Meat, host Roger Mooking travels to HooDoo Brown BBQ where restaurant owner, Cody Sperry serves up monster-sized meaty masterpieces.

Cody Sperry remarks, "We are honored that HooDoo Brown BBQ was selected to be featured on an episode of the Cooking Channels popular show Man Fire Food. The production staff was here and around town shooting the episode for two full days."

Man Fire Food explains,"Cody serves up outlaw barbeque, a mashup of styles and traditions with smoke pork butts, pork ribs, pork belly and beef brisket. All that pork comes together in the Hogzilla, a towering sandwich with BBQ ranch dressing, fried green tomato and coleslaw."

Taming the HooDoo fire, Man Fire Food says, "Roger and Hoodoo Brown Barbecue manager, Chris Sexton will make a cocktail called, The Bloody Trinity, which is topped with smoked meat!" 

"This is very exciting as we just celebrated our second anniversary in May. We hope everyone will tune in to Man Fire and Food on Tuesday, July 11th at 9pm," says Sperry.
