Sarah’s Wine Bar located at 20 West Lane (upstairs from Bernard's Restaurant) has been named "Best Bar" in the category "Wine-and-Cheese Crowd" by Connecticut Magazine. Sarah's Wine Bar was the only Ridgefield bar to make the the magazine's 2018 "Best Bar" list.
Connecticut Magazine says, "Bernard’s restaurant gets the bigger sign at this well-regarded double eatery near the New York border, but Sarah’s Wine Bar deserves a billboard for the thousands of wines it serves. A nice complement to Bernard’s more buttoned-up vibe, Sarah’s offers a casual bistro atmosphere with rustic furnishings and rotating artwork. It’s the perfect setting for sipping French vintages and noshing starters such as French onion soup and baked brie and entrées such as trout amandine and duck leg confit."
