Hunan Noodle Bar in Downtown Ridgefield - What's Up?

The signage is up, the website is live - Noodles are coming to Downtown Ridgefield

Mr. and Mrs. Jeepy Januar along with their business partner and executive chef Jimmy Wang, will soon open "Hunan Noodle Bar" next to Steve's Bagels, at 461 Main Street, the space that housed Wild Ginger.

Jason, who is the General Manager of sister noodle bar, "Wilton's Hunan Cafe", brings his modern interpretation of Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine to Ridgefield, with a slight twist. "It will be an Asain Noodle Bar," said Jason, who added, "We will have both Ramon and vegetarian homemade noodles." 

According to the restaurant's website, menu highlights include the home-made dumplings (Chinese ravioli) and noodle dishes (Chinese pasta). Hunan Noodle Bar will offer both dine in and take out service. 

We are waiting to hear from Jeepy as to the opening date. Stay tuned!
