Hunan Noodle Bar Opens Sunday in Downtown Ridgefield

Mr. and Mrs. Jeepy Januar along with their business partner and executive chef Jimmy Wang are planning a "soft opening" of  Hunan Noodle Bar this Sunday, March 4 at noon. The noodle bar is located next to Steve's Bagels, at 461 Main Street, the space that housed Wild Ginger.

We stopped by Hunan Noodle Bar last night and Jeepy was proud to show us show us around! We took the photos you see here. The bar is stocked, the kitchen is ready to roll! It won't be long now!

Jeepy, who is the General Manager of sister noodle bar, "Wilton's Hunan Cafe", brings his modern interpretation of Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine to Ridgefield, with a slight twist. "It will be an Asain Noodle Bar," said Jason, who added, "We will have both Ramon and vegetarian homemade noodles." 

Hunan Noodle Bar menu highlights include the home-made dumplings (Chinese ravioli) and noodle dishes (Chinese pasta). Hunan Noodle Bar will offer both dine in and take out service. 

Hours are Mon - Thu: 11am-10pm 
Fri - Sat: 11am-11pm 
Sun: 12 Noon-10pm
