Ridgefield, who is seeded 5th, will meet top-seed Fairfield Prep on Wednesday, March 14, 7:30 pm. This will be the third time these two teams have met this season, with Fairfield Prep winning both regular season games.
The Ridgefield HS Boys Hockey Team are headed to the Division 1 State Semifinal at Ingalls Rink, Yale University, after an impressive 7-0 win over Darien on Sunday at the Wonderland of Ice in Bridgeport. The Tigers, who are coached by Shaun Gallagher, went 16-4 in the regular season, and beat Darien and Greenwich to defend their FCIAC title.
