The much anticipated new Acai Bowl restaurant, SoBol of Ridgefield, celebrated it's Grand Opening today, Tuesday, July 24th. Promising a "Grand Opening Party", with giveaways, live music, and 50 FREE Acai Bowls to their first 50 customers; the party didn't disappoint. Close to 100 people showed up to welcome them. Live music, giveaways, and the SoBol Food Truck were also on hand. The first customer to get a Bowl, was a local resident named Lauren, who arrived extra early. She gave a " big thumbs up" when she tasted her Acai Bowl. The feedback from everyone was overwhelmingly positive. Customers raved about the taste and quality of the healthy Bowls.
Located at 90 Danbury Road, next to Starbucks, SoBol of Ridgefield is the newest franchise location of the Long Island-based health-conscious restaurant chain. Owned by a local Ridgefield family, Melissa & Sergio Ferreira, who have three children ages 16, 14, & 13; SoBol of Ridgefield is their first venture into the restaurant business and they couldn't be more excited.
