Why did you start your business?
Sunburst Plumbing & Heating Inc., opened for business by Tom Gartrell in 1982. Having started out in the Solar Heating business I had a passion for being energy efficient. Starting Sunburst Plumbing & Heating I was able to offer my customers not only the solar option but also products that were energy efficient. We value our customers and being a part of the community. Whether you need your gas stove connected, a faucet for your kitchen or bathroom, replacement of your water treatment system. We take pride in our work and providing a valued professional service.
We have many different products that we offer our customers since we do not have a showroom so we will recommend products to our customer that are the best fit for their home. What we offer is dependent on our their style, need or what may work best for them. Each customer is different so are always happy to talk with a customer and help them to make the best choice for their home.
Do you use any local businesses to support your business? Can you name them?
We think it is very important to support our local businesses so any opportunity we can do that we will. We would not have been TAGGED if it wasn't for our Wooster Hollow Cafe one our favorite breakfast & lunch places. Some of the other local businesses we support are, Ace Tires, Fairfield County Bank, Pamby Motors, Ridgefield Hardware, Ridgefield Playhouse and Ridgefield Valero to name just a few.
