RVNA is actively hiring experienced + exceptional Hospice RNs to join their growing team
RVNA Hospice RNs are responsible for providing direct client care and case management to patients in their home settings (in accordance with physician orders). The role includes the admission of clients for service and the determination, development, and execution of the plan of care.
All candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred); hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut; and have a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in medical/surgical nursing. Home Health Care and/or Hospice experience.
