Downtown Ridgefield's Organika Kitchen Sheds Its Plywood

And... behind window #424 is...

Downtown's streetscape got a bit better yesterday after Organika Kitchen removed the plywood which had covered the store's front entrance since early May. Curious minds wanted to know, and now they do.

In addition to the exterior renovations, the interior of 424 Main Street has been improved - opening the walls and adding large windows on the building's side, provide the store an abundance of natural light. Take a look a photo #2 to see the "Grab and Go" section and large bar-style counter.

Signature offerings will include smoothies, juices, Acai Bowls, sandwiches, protein bowls, and a salad bar.

Dimitri Pantzos together with Kathy and Gino Riccio are the brains behind Organika Kitchen. With two locations in Southport and New Canaan, we were originally told the organic and vegan 15 seat plant-based eatery would open in late May or early June. Will it be this summer?

The Organika Kitchen website states, “This plant-based kitchen strives to offer juices, meals, and snacks that are pure and entirely nutritious. This is a place where you can refuel and re-energize with foods that heal, nourish and sustain you. Foods that work to create a more vital body and mind. So brilliant in its simplicity. Healthy body, healthy life.”
