Gofer Ice Cream is now open at 407 Main Street! Congratulations to the small business and welcome to downtown Ridgefield! The friendly face you see in photo #1 is the franchise owner, Eric Barrow. Grand Opening balloons are hanging outside of the new store!
Blue and yellow walls together with a red and white striped awning make for an inviting and "cool" interior vibe. A few young customers were all smiles sitting on bright yellow stools at the Gofer counter!
The franchise ice cream shop has several locations in Connecticut including Darien, Greenwich, Stamford, Wilton, and New Canaan.
Gopher Ice Cream is committed to supporting communities as indicated by the long list of local nonprofits they have partnered with. "Supporting our community is a leading driver of our mission. Local athletics, music, the arts, homelessness, animal care, environment and renewable energy," they say.
