USA Lacrosse High School Boys' Players of the Week
Congratulations to Ridgefield High School athlete Ryan Closey for being named USA Lacrosse Magazine “Player of the Week”!
The Magazine covers high school lax teams and spotlights the most outstanding individual performances in high school boys’ lacrosse in each of the five regions — Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest and West.
According to USA Lacrosse Magazine’s Dylan Butler, Ryan Colsey led by example for Ridgefield in a 15-4 win over Rye (N.Y.) and scored eight goals. Colsey says, “He’s an emotional leader who plays with his heart on his sleeve.”
