Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce is HIRING a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator!

The Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce is hiring a part-time Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join their team and help continue the success and growth of the Chamber's community presence on social media.

This position is responsible for assisting with content initiatives and community management across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will assist with all elements of social media including but not limited to content scheduling and deployment, content development, engagement, community management, social listening, and staying on top of business trends. The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will collaborate on driving the success of social media campaigns and will report directly to the Communications Manager.

This position offers flexible in and out-of-office hours.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and awareness of relevant content.
The ability to learn about chamber membership & community and to promote relevant content.
Exceptional attention to detail, organized, creative drive, strong communication skills and high standards of excellence.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to handle many on-going projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Mailchimp and Canva a must.
