Congratulations to Ridgefield resident Jim McMurray, Vice President and General Manager of Long Island City-based Green Asphalt for your company's spotlight in Business Insider.
This week, the popular financial and business news website published an article as well as a video interview with McMurray, whose company has discovered a way to make 100% recycled asphalt, a benefit to his hometown of Ridgefield as well as the global transportation infrastructure and environment.
The article titled “Why asphalt is one of the world's most recycled materials” states, “We visited a company making 100% recycled asphalt to see how it does it.” Watch the company in action, supplying some of the world’s most traveled roadways with a durable and green material in this video.
