Summer positions available at Ridgefield Parks & Rec!
If you are energetic, great with kids and looking for a fun summer job, Camp Counselor could be the fit for you. Spend time outdoors this summer while building your resume AND getting paid!
Complete the Town of Ridgefield application and email it to campcoor@ridgefieldct.org or drop it off at the front desk at the Rec Center.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Not sure Camp Counselor is the right fit? Parks & Rec is also looking for summer lifeguards for both the Pool and Martin Park Beach. Through the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course, you will gain the skills to effectively prevent & respond to water emergencies.

Applicants for the pool position must be at least 15 years old and at least 16 years old for the beach position.
Parks & Rec offers a flexible schedule and a Free Summer Gym Membership (includes the Wellness Center, group fitness classes, and lap swim) to summer employees.
