Ridgefield named one of the Friendliest Towns in Connecticut by WorldAtlas

WorldAltas travel website named their picks for the “8 of the Friendliest Towns in Connecticut” and Ridgefield came in at #1 deemed a place where the doors are always open, and the locals eagerly share their love for their home with every visitor.

“Ridgefield is often regarded as one of the best places to live in,” the article says. “You can mingle with the locals and grab some of the best food available in Connecticut. One of the must-visits here is Books on the Common, an amazing bookstore with some of the nicest staff on the planet! With so much on offer, there’s no doubt that Ridgefield is one of the friendliest towns in Connecticut.”

In addition to Books on the Common, the article mentions some of the arts and cultural attractions that make our community special including Keeler Tavern, The Aldrich, and Weir Farm (on the border of Wilton).

Behind Ridgefield in "Friendliest" were Simsbury #2,  Old Greenwich #3, Newtown #4, Portland #5, and Darien #6
