Copps Hill Plaza located at 125 Danbury Road in Ridgefield is slated to get a new tenant according to Regency Centers. Marshall’s will occupy 28,432 square feet next to HomeGoods.
Marshalls is an American chain of off-price department stores owned by TJX Companies, which also owns and operates HomeGoods.
