Last night the BOS set a Public Hearing for December 13, 2023 and a Town Meeting for January 3, 2024 for the proposed amendments to the Town Code of Ordinances, Chapter 250 Noise.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear testimony from the public on the topic at hand. The Town Meeting is when residents will vote.
