After a successful “soft opening” weekend, Fletch’s Bagels and Cafe opens tomorrow, Monday, April 15, and is poised to redefine the Ridgefield bagel while introducing a brand new salad concept!
Menu items include Fletch's outstanding bagels (of course), “create your own salad”, as well as signature sandwiches including pastrami or corned beef on rye, turkey breast, Ruben, Cuban, and chicken parm. Kid-approved favorites chicken fingers, fries, grilled cheese and hot dogs are also on the menu.
And… the birth of Fletch’s Bagels and Cafe's first retail location at 91 Danbury Road, coincides with another birth - tomorrow is the birthday of Fletch’s Bagels and Bakes owner and visionary, Fletch Tison!
Fletch's Bagels will open from 6:30 am to 3 pm seven days a week! Stop in tomorrow to wish Fletch a doubly happy birthday!
