The Ridgefield Action Committee for the Environment (RACE) is holding a lawn equipment buy-back for Ridgefield Residents only at the Ridgefield Recycling Center.
Ridgefielders may exchange their gas powered hand held lawn equipment for a $ 50 Lowes Coupon.
This is a first-come; first served event. We have only 50 coupons.
Saturday April 26th 10 am to noon
Equipment must be hand held equipment (leaf blowers, chainsaws, lawn mowers, string trimmers)
One coupon per family;
Must show driver's license as Ridgefield, CT
Equipment must be drained of gas and oil
RACE will also be tabling at the recycling center to promote our HeatSmart campaign, composting, and invasive species removal programs.
