RHS Graduation on Friday: Class Speaker, Valedictorian’s Address, and More

Ridgefield High School to Hold Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025

Ridgefield High School will hold its Class of 2025 graduation ceremony on Friday, June 13 at 6:00 PM at Tiger Hollow Stadium. The event will be held by invitation of the graduating class and will feature remarks from students, faculty, and administrators, along with live musical performances and the formal awarding of diplomas.

The ceremony will open with a Welcome Address from Dr. Jacob Greenwood, followed by the Class President’s Address delivered by Mr. Bryan Fitzpatrick and the Class Speaker’s Address from Mr. Lloyd Mills.

A musical interlude will be performed by the Graduation Choir, featuring In My Life by The Beatles.

Mr. William Carter, the Class of 2025 Valedictorian, will deliver the Valedictorian’s Address, and Ms. Courtney Iszczyszyn, selected by the class, will give the Faculty Speaker’s Address.

The program will also include the Awarding of Honorary Diplomas by Ms. Christine Hopkinson, followed by Class Certification from Dr. Jacob Greenwood, and Class Acceptance by Dr. Susie Da Silva, Superintendent of Ridgefield Public Schools.

Ms. Tina Malhotra will oversee the Awarding of Diplomas, and Mr. Bryan Fitzpatrick will lead the traditional Turning of the Tassels.

The evening will conclude with a recessional performed by the Graduation Band, featuring La Réjouissance by George Frideric Handel.

The Ridgefield High School Class of 2025 is set to mark this important milestone surrounded by family, friends, and faculty.
