The American Legion Post 78 of Ridgefield is sponsoring an essay contest to promote the principles of Americanism and appreciation of the freedoms that we enjoy.
All Ridgefield High School seniors are eligible and encouraged to participate. Cash prizes of $1500 each will be awarded to all finalists. Contest entry forms may be obtained from the school Guidance/Counseling Office.
The deadline for submissions is April 22.
