Ridgefield basketball fans, get ready! For the first time in history, the Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference (FCIAC) will host a girls’ and boys’ basketball championship doubleheader, and both games will feature the No. 1-seeded Ridgefield High School Tigers.
The highly anticipated matchups will take place TODAY Wednesday, February 26, at Leo Mahoney Arena on the campus of Fairfield University.
Championship Showdowns Wednesday, February 26
- 5:30 PM – Girls FCIAC Championship: No. 1 Ridgefield vs. No. 3 Fairfield Warde
- 7:30 PM – Boys FCIAC Championship: No. 1 Ridgefield vs. No. 2 Staples
Adding to the excitement, the All-FCIAC girls’ and boys’ teams will be recognized between the two championship games.
