Join Carmen Weber, our Registered Dietitian, for an interactive cooking class designed for individuals with Parkinson’s and their caregivers. This hands-on session will focus on simple, nutritious, and delicious recipes that are easy to prepare and enjoy together.

On the Menu:

  • Artichoke Garden Flatbread Pizza – Customize your own with a caregiver
  • White Bean Salad – A fresh, protein-packed dish to make together
  • Fresh Berry Salad with Tropical “Sorbet” – Carmen will demonstrate and serve this refreshing treat
  • Tart Cherry Juice Mocktail – A flavorful, health-boosting drink

Learn, create, and enjoy in a welcoming, social setting!

$40 per person

Class size limited to 16 participants.
