Book your appointment now for the next Whip Salon “Hair Raiser” to help find a cure for Leukemia & Lymphoma. A “Hair Raiser” is a term coined by Whip Salon to indicate a fundraising day. The salon will contribute 10% of all service sales from Whip Salon Ridgefield on Thursday, February 27th to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, an organization that focuses on finding a cure for Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and Myeloma. Our staff will be showing support by wearing orange and lime green, the two ribbons colors associated with these types of cancer.

Part of Whip Salon’s mission statement is to give back to our communities. “When long term client Katie Swiatowicz approached us about doing a Hair Raiser for her high school project it was a no brainer for us,” said Owner Amy Pal. “It’s our honor to help her raise funds and awareness for this important cause.”
“Our goal is to raise money so those with blood cancer can be cured and I’m grateful that Whip Salon was excited to work with me to create this event,” said Katie Swiatowicz. “This year, I am participating in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year campaign to raise money and awareness for blood cancer patients and their families. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.”
