Meet Jacqueline Mahoney, founder of Flex and Flow Bodywork LLC.
Why did you start Flex and Flow Bodywork?
Growing up as a dancer, I was always fascinated with how the human body moves, functions and how massage can help alleviate pain and restriction within the Musculoskeletal and Nervous systems. I’ve worked with celebrities, professional athletes and top trainers in the fitness industry and I’m constantly increasing my knowledge on how to help others achieve their personal goals of health and wellness. I started Flex and Flow Bodywork on the belief that Massage is an integral aspect and the foundation for creating a pain free, stress free life and we’re passionate about educating our clients on their journey to success in healing and homeostasis.
What is your best-selling service?
My best-selling service is Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Deep Tissue Massage.
Do you use any local businesses to support your operations?
I use Morph Med Spa for all my Aesthetic needs, Stacy’s Totally Baked for cupcakes and Queen Bee for my coffee! The Ridgefield Chamber has been AMAZING and so has the new group I just joined called Ridgefield Mamaprenistas. I’m so excited to grow and meet new people in this beautiful community!
Have you reimagined your small business?
Yes I have reimagined my business from just IN HOME services to now include in home and in-office. I also have a new location [159 Danbury Road, Suite 105] starting May 1st. I will be located inside Ridgefield Health and Wellness Center. I’ve also expanded my services to include Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
