Bartolo Restaurant Opens in Ridgefield's Marketplace at Copp's Hill

Bartolo, a new Ridgefield restaurant, is a tribute to the owners’ cooking heritage.  Chef Arthur Michaelsen and his wife Julia are bringing their latest restaurant creation to life on Monday, October 15, in The Marketplace at Copps Hill Common tucked around back at 103 Danbury Road.  Julia’s great grandfather was an avid farmer and old school “chef”  who lived in the mountains of Sicily.  Chef Michaelsen is a 3 Star rated New York Times chef who has started many local restaurant favorites like 59 Bank, Cucina 51, The Catch and an old Ridgefield favorite, Thirty-Three and a Third.  Arthur is combining his food expertise with Julia’s extensive knowledge of Italian wines for a fresh take on Italian cuisine.  Newly renovated, the restaurant will be a feast for the eyes and as well as the palate.

Bartolo will be open for lunch and dinner six days a week (closed Sundays).  Make your reservation at (203) 894-8141.

Bring a copy of this email to receive 10%off your final bill.  Bring it once, bring it twice, as often as you like through the end of October.
