The Village Tavern to Donate 100% of Sales to The Women's Center on September 18

The Village Tavern on Main Street in Ridgefield will host a fundraising event for The Women's Center on Monday, September 18. The restaurant will generously donate 100% of the restaurant sales on that day to the Center. "Our goal is to raise $15,000 for The Women's Center on September 18," says owner, Bruno DiFabio.

Dine at The Village Tavern from 11:30 am to 1:00 am and support The Women's Center, a non-profit organization with a vision to end the violence against women, men and children, to foster equality and empowerment for all. 

"Help them to end violence towards women, children and men," says DiFabio. 

The Village Tavern is located at 378 Main Street in Ridgefield.

And, don't forget! Tomorrow, Tuesday, September 12 is fresh pasta to-go day at DiFabio's sister restaurant, Romolo. 

Each Tuesday, you are invited to knock on Romolo's kitchen door and purchase carefully boxed and fresh (not frozen) pasta. 

With the kids back-to-school and afterschool activities in full swing, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.

Romolo owner, Bruno DiFabio has announced that he will donate 100% of fresh pasta sales to local nonprofits. First up: the Boys and Girls Club in Ridgefield. "Every quarter I will switch the recipient of the donation," says DiFabio.
