Cycle for Survival at The Gym is Open to All on Saturday

This Saturday, February 3, The Gym in Ridgefield will join the battle against cancer in the Cycle For Survival, to raise money for research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Participants will spin in a 60-minute spin class at 8:00am, and a 90-minute Super Spin Challenge at 9:30am. In addition to spin classes, there are three group fitness classes as well: Strength and Conditioning at 8:30am, Zumba at 9:40am and Vinyasa Flow at 10:40am. 

Room is still available for the 8:00am spin class and 9:40am Zumba. Suggested donations are $25 to reserve a bike, and $15 for Zumba. 

All donations must be paid at the time of sign-up. Sign up by calling: 203-431-5000

Guests are welcome with a donation, and ALL OF THE PROCEEDS fund cancer research.
