Ridgefield Arts Council Raises Money for Arts Scholarship at Gallo

Join the Ridgefield Arts Council at Gallo Ristorante on Thursday, March 15th, from 6-9 pm for a special guest bartender night, raising money for the Council’s newly-created Ridgefield Arts Scholarship. Pouring drinks will be Amy Casey, Wendy Mitchell and Vincent Conyers from the Council. Gallo will generously donate all bar tips, 10% of the bar bills and 10% of the restaurant bills (please mention Ridgefield Arts Council).

The Council is raffling off a painting titled “A Rocky Beach, Maine” generously donated by award-winning Ridgefield based artist, Clarice M Shirvell, whose work has been exhibited in galleries and museums throughout the tri state area. Shirvell is currently showing in Greenwich, Rowayton, New Canaan and Ridgefield. The painting is a framed acrylic on linen canvas 16x20 and valued at $600.

Please visit https://www.ridgefieldartscouncil.org/about/ to learn more about the scholarship or to purchase raffle tickets for $5 each.

Also up for silent auction will be a framed print titled “Emergence” generously donated by local artist Matthew Sorgie.
