A Go Fund Me Page has been launched for Brad and Wendy Owens who lost their Danbury home in last week's storm.
Ridgefielders might know Brad as a friendly face at Ridgefield Post office, a place he has worked for more than three decades.
The page states:
My dear friend's Brad and Wendy have lost their trailer in Danbury CT. It was destroyed in the tornado last week. They are underinsured and currently homeless. The insurance company has given them one weeks rent and their new trailer won't be ready until winter. Some of you may know Brad, he's worked the desk at the Ridgefield post office for over thirty years. Please consider donating anything you can so they can find a place to live for the next six months. Thanks so very much and God bless each and every one of you!
