Rides For Ridgefield was founded in 2013 to satisfy a transportation issue in our town.
The mission of Rides for Ridgefield is to ensure Ridgefield seniors and those with mobility disabilities have access to transportation that is affordable, acceptable to the rider, adaptable to rider needs and allows the individual access to all the activities and services that are needed to maintain a quality of life.
Following a motto of “Neighbor Driving Neighbor”, since its inception, Rides For Ridgefield has provided over 4100 rides to Ridgefielders with mobility issues.
Thanks to Rotary’s support over the past 5 years, Rides For Ridgefield will continue to grow and support those Ridgefielders that need their help the most!
