The community is invited to honor the legacy of Ridgefielder Patti Capilli while raising funds for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
This fundraising event will take place at The Ancient Mariner in Ridgefield on Saturday, October 13 from 6-10:00 pm. The evening's Guest Bartenders are Tommy Shearman, Chris Dykes, and Don Baker. Enjoy cocktails, great silent auction prizes, and camaraderie!

All funds raised will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, an independent, not-for-profit organization which has raised $569.4 million to support clinical and translational research at medical institutions worldwide.
A message from the event organizer, Paula Shearman:
It’s that time of year and I am excited to be planning our 7th Annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser!
We will again honor my wonderful friend, Patti Capilli, who lost her battle to breast cancer last year. I think of her every day and I am proud to fight for a cure in her memory.
I choose to donate the money we raise to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Their research focuses on the most promising advancements in breast cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and survivorship. Their goal is not only to make new discoveries and invent new methods to address all aspects of breast cancer, but also to do it in record time.
Time is so important, every 2 minutes a woman in the United States is diagnosed with Breast Cancer. We need research to develop breakthrough treatments and ultimately find a cure.
