Drink Pink Raises More Than $26,000 For Ann's Place!

We are tickled pink that so many came to Bernard’s last night for our 10th Annual Drink Pink for a cause benefiting Ann’s Place! It was a night filled with love, laughter, friendship, courage, and hope.

Thanks to the generosity of the of attendees, sponsors, donors, and our emcee, Christine O’Leary, we raised more than $26,000 for Ann’s Place!

Under a big tent on the grounds of beautiful Bernard’s restaurant, hundreds of locals gathered to celebrate life, hope, each other while raising a glass to the many Faces of Courage and to Ann’s Place. Pink accents, cocktails, and even hors-d'oeuvres were subtle in comparison to Kristen Jensen’s "Courageous Faces", a breathtaking photographic anthology of breast cancer survivors that blanketed the room and spoke the words we couldn't.

There are so many who made last night our best Drink Pink event ever! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts:

And, cheers to our rock star Drink Pink committee: Jack Bouffard, Kristen Jensen, Peggy Marconi, Shannon Cobb, Lynn Stubbe. Wow!

In addition to the $20 door donation, 50/50 raffle, as well as our live auction and Fund the Mission spearheaded by the hysterical Christine O’Leary, we were able raise needed funds for Ann's Place enabling them to continue providing support to more than 1,100 people of all ages living with cancer throughout Connecticut and the Lower Hudson Valley. We are thrilled we could play a small part in helping them fulfill their mission of providing comfort, support and resources to people living with cancer and to their loved ones.

You can still support our 10 Courageous Faces by clicking here and making a donation.

Until next year… think pink.
