Ancona's in Downtown Ridgefield Celebrates 1 Year By Supporting RVNA, Party Planned for April 20!

Ancona's Wines & Liquors GIVEBACK DAY on Saturday, April 20 from 9am to 8pm

Mitch Ancona, the proprietor of Ancona’s Wines & Liquors in Branchville and Wilton and Ridgefield, is celebrating one year as a downtown Ridgefield business! When Mitch opened his doors at 17B Governor Street, he did so with a philanthropic heart and kicked off a series of local charitable donations by supporting RVNA.

"Time sure does fly. We can't believe it's been a whole year since we celebrated the grand opening of our third store in the center of Ridgefield with our dear friends at RVNA," says Mitch.

You are invited to join Mitch and the Ancona's team for a celebratory party on April 20 in their downtown Ridgefield location. "There will be all sorts of delicious products to taste throughout the day and 10% of Saturday's sales will be donated to the RVNA," says Mitch.

• Gerald Valenti, co-founder of Taconic Distillery, will be pouring samples from 3-6 pm.
• Geoff Smith, Beer Ambassador from City Steam Brewery will be pouring some killer ales from 3-6pm.
• Ancona's Brother From Another Mother, Mark Ancona, will be sampling his wares from 3-6pm.
• The Man, Myth, Legend... Peter Slywka pouring nothing but "pink" from 3-6pm.
