On Monday evening, Ridgefield Police officers hosted their second Tip-a-Cop event at 850 Wood-Fired Pizza to support Special Olympics Connecticut. The event was a big success with $3,636 raised for this worthy nonprofit.
Police took to Facebook to thank the community for their generosity!
"The men and women of the Ridgefield Police Department want to thank all those who came out for our 2nd Tip a Cop event last night at 850 Degrees Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant . Thanks to the generosity of all those that came out we raised $3,636 for Special Olympics Connecticut!"
