Three's a charm! Sunset Wine Party brings the community together while raising funds for the RSO!

Paula Alonso, the Founder & CEO of Wine Revolution USA together with Sweet Bean Events and Ancona’s Wines & Liquors, brought the third annual Sunset Wine Party to the historic Lounsbury House on October 16.

At its core, this sold-out event celebrated and elevated our community while supporting a nonprofit near and dear to us - the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra (RSO). With a mission of enriching the cultural life of the citizen of Ridgefield and surrounding towns, the RSO collaborates with so many of our nonprofits, bringing the highest caliber of music to our stages, cultural venues, and educational programs.

Executive Director Laurie Kenagy said, “With the support of Paula Alonso, Sweet Bean Events, and event presenter Ancona's and owner Mitch Ancona, as well as that of the other sponsors and all who attended and enjoyed the Sunset Wine Party, the RSO has received a generous donation from the net proceeds and raffle to support our mission.” Kenagy added, “The fun and social event was a wonderful way for the community to come together and a successful evening for all!”

Paula Alonso, the brainchild and powerhouse behind the Sunset Wine Party, reports that the event raised $4,500 for the RSO!

Thank you to the event sponsors:

The Chefs' Warehouse, HamletHub, BMW of Ridgefield, POSA Ristorante, Toni Riordan & John Chopourian of Berkshire Hathaway, Pepsi, Lounsbury House, Cardinal Gems, Squash's Ridgefield Office Supply, Titan Advisors, Cross Private Client Insurance, and Cincinnati Insurance Companies.
