Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue (ROAR) will hold its annual gala on Thursday, May 18 at Le Chateau in South Salem.&nbsp;
ROAR has announced that the 2023 recipients of the Diamond Star Award will be given to Anita and Nick Donofrio "for their dedication to ROAR and&nbsp;their lifelong compassion and love for all animals".
The "Making Dream Come True" gala commemorates 23 years&nbsp;of doing just that - making dreams come true for homeless cats and&nbsp;dogs and for their loving families.
The celebratory event includes cocktails, a buffet dinner, and a silent auction.
