Meals on Wheels (MOW) recently received a very generous donation from the Rotary Club of Ridgefield to sponsor the Christmas meal for all clients. The Rotary Club of Ridgefield has been a longtime supporter of MOW, and has sponsored this holiday meal for many years. Board member Hilary Aronow says, “It is wonderful to see such loyal support from one of our community partners. These kinds of meal sponsorship donations help us deliver a special and festive meal for all of our clients, which helps bring holiday cheer to our housebound neighbors, and we are truly grateful.”
Meals on Wheels is a 501(c)(3) organization that, since 1974, has been providing nourishment to any Ridgefield resident who cannot prepare their own meals: the elderly, disabled and infirm, even those with short term needs such as recovery from surgery or illness. We have no age or income restrictions.
