The weather today is spectacular for our annual Memorial Day Parade! In a few hours, thousands of community members will line Main Street where 16 marching bands and 60-plus civic groups and organizations will proudly march in the 2023 Memorial Day Parade.
Each year, it's a sight to behold. We thank American Legion Commander George Besse for your work in organizing this and all of our parades.
In the midst of your celebrations today, remember the men and women who have gone before us in the name of our American freedom. We are eternally grateful and know that freedom comes with a cost. God bless our country and these heroes.
