Ridgefield Public Schools announced that Paraeducator of the Year is Erin Pepin at Farmingville Elementary!
Ms. Pepin wasn't the only one shedding tears (of joy) as Personnel Director Karen Dewing presented her with flowers, Principal Nancy Caron gave her balloons, and her students and colleagues gave her hugs.
Congratulations to Erin and thank you to all the RPS paraeducators who play a vital role in our schools, classrooms, and lives.
